Mary Bryner
Mrs. Bryner, her husband Jim, and their son Derek, live in Mentor. Her adult daughter Jennifer lives with her family in Willowick. Mary is a Sales and Service Professional for Progressive Insurance in Mentor. She is a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent with more than 25 years experience in sales and customer service. She attended Cleveland State University and Lakeland Community College. Mary is a member of the National Association of Insurance Women, and served as President of the Lake-Geauga Insurance Women Association from 1999 to 2000. She was named Insurance Woman of the Year in 2000. She has been a PTA member for more than 16 years, serving as both Vice President and President of Reynolds Elementary and Ridge Junior High PTAs. Mary is currently the Recording Secretary for the Lake County Council of PTA. Her term expires December 31, 2011.

President Gwen Corban
Mrs. Corban, her husband Ron, and their two children live in Mentor. Gwen is a Job Developer and Employment Specialist for Neighboring in Mentor. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from Ursuline College. She is a Licensed Social Worker and has accumulated 56 hours of Mediation Training. She is a graduate of the Leadership Lake County program and is a member of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI). Gwen has held volunteer positions with the Lake County United Way Emergency Service Panel, and is a Past President of the Lake County Council of PTA. She currently is a board member of New Directions for Living - a transitional housing program for women. Her term expires December 31, 2009.

Alan Mihok
Mr. Mihok, his wife JoAnn, and their three children live in Kirtland Hills. Alan is President of MJK Consulting. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Managerial Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and received a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Cleveland State University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Buckeye Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Alan also established the Mentor Board of Education Scholarship Fund. Three Mentor High School students receive this award every year. His term expires December 31, 2009.

William Shaw
Mr. Shaw, his wife Denise, and their four children reside in Mentor. Bill is the Fire Chief for the Solon Fire Department. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, an Associate of Arts Degree in Fire Science Technology from Lakeland Community College, and has completed the Executive Fire Officer Program from the National Fire Academy in Maryland. He is a member of numerous organizations within his occupation and has served on the State of Ohio Financial Planning and Supervision Commission for Mentor Exempted Village Schools, the Executive Board for the Solon 100 Club and as a parent volunteer at Dale R. Rice Elementary School. His term expires December 31, 2009.

Thomas Tuttle
Mr. Tuttle and his wife Mary live in Mentor. Their two children, Matthew and Sarah, both graduated from Mentor High School. Tom is the Manager of Financial Services for PPG Industries, Inc. in Euclid. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University, majoring in Accounting, Economics and Mathematics. He owned and operated two small businesses in Mentor and Wickliffe between 1986 and 2002. He sponsored and managed a girls softball team in the Mentor Softball Association for 10 years. Tom is currently a member of the Euclid Chamber of Commerce. His term expires December 31, 2011.
